FAQ

My child is shy — will they fit in?

Yes. Coaches meet kids where they are. Structure and clear instructions help shy students settle in.

Is this safe?

We coach carefully, set clear expectations, and do not “throw them in.” Parents can watch and ask questions.

What should they wear?

T-shirt and athletic shorts with no pocket zippers, slides or flip-flops, plus water. Arrive about 10 minutes early for the first class.
